2型糖尿病住院患者牙周病患病率的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解本地区2型糖尿病住院患者牙周病的患病率。方法选择广州医学院荔湾医院内分泌科2011年1-7月住院的2型糖尿病患者132例,其中,男53例,女79例,年龄为38-87岁。纳入研究的132例2型糖尿病患者均进行口腔牙周组织的检查。结果纳入研究的132例2型糖尿病患者中,患有牙周病者85例,无牙周病者47例,牙周病患病率为64%。结论在2型糖尿病的防治中应注重牙周病的防治。Objective To understand the prevalence rate of periodontal disease in hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes in the local area.Methods A total of 132 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were selected in endocrinology Department of Liwan hospital of Guangzhou medical college from January to July 2011,including 53 cases of males and 79 cases of females,aged 38 to 87 years old.The periodontal tissue of 132 patients with type 2 diabetes were examined.Results Among 132 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,85 cases suffered from periodontal disease,and 47 cases in the study had not suffered with periodontal disease,the prevalence rate of periodontal disease was 64%.Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes should pay attention to prevention and treatment of periodontal disease.
