地塞米松对实验性蛛网膜下腔出血脑脊液中TGF-β1和软脑膜厚度的影响

摘  要:目的探讨不同途径早期给予地塞米松对TGF-β1浓度和软脑膜纤维平均厚度的影响。方法通过枕大池给自体血建立蛛网膜下腔出血模型,腹腔组及鞘内组分别给予地塞米松。第20天时用ELISA法测脑脊液TGF-β1浓度,用图像分析系统测软脑膜纤维平均厚度。结果对照组中TGF-β1浓度及软脑膜纤维平均厚度明显高于腹腔给药组和鞘内给药组;腹腔给药组TGF-β1浓度及软脑膜纤维平均厚度明显高于鞘内给药组。结论 SAH后早期静脉给予大剂量地塞米松有可能对脑积水的发生有一定预防作用。Objective To explore effects of dexamethasone early given by different ways on the TGF beta 1 concentration and leptomeningeal average fiber thickness. Methods SAH model was constructed by injecting auto blood through foramen magnum into subarachnoid space, the group was subarachnoid hemorrhage treated with DXM intraperitoneally, while the other was subarachnoid hemorrhage treated by DXM intrathecally, the concentration of cerebrospinal fluid TGF beta 1 were measured with ELISA 20 days later, and the average thickness of leptomeningeal fiber were measured by image analysis system. Results TGF beta 1 concentration and leptomeningeal average fiber thickness in the control group were significantly higher than in the intraperitoneal administration group and intrathecal administration group. TGF beta 1 concentration and leptomeningeal average fiber thickness in the intraperitoneal administration group were significantly higher than in intrathecal administration group. Conclusion Intravenous high dose dexamethasone is helpful for preventing hydrocephalus early after SAH.
