溃疡性结肠炎患者灌肠器的改良与应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者灌肠器改良方法及应用效果。方法选择在我科经电子肠镜检查确诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组各40例。对照组应用一次性肠道冲洗器进行灌肠治疗,观察组应用改良后的灌肠器进行灌肠治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对溃疡性结肠炎患者应用改良后的灌肠器进行灌肠治疗,可以减轻肛管对直肠黏膜的刺激,加快直肠黏膜的恢复,提高溃结灌肠治疗的有效率。Objective To explore improved method and application of the enema of patients with ulcerative colitis. Meth- ods Patients in the control group used the disposable intestinal irrigator to enema,patients in the observation group used the improved intestinal irrigator to enema. Results The treatment of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Comparative results were significant statistically different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion When the patients with ulcerative colitis enema by the improved enema, they could feel better than ever before. Because this method could reduce the stimulation of the anal canal to rectal mucosa and accelerate rectal mucosa recovery and improve efficiency of UC enema treatment.
