限局性角膜浅板层清切治疗真菌性角膜炎53例

摘　　要：目的观察限局性角膜浅板层清切治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床效果。方法对53例真菌性角膜炎的患者进行限局性浅板层清切。结果 53例患者53眼中,48眼在术后3～10 d角膜上皮基本愈合,平均修复时间为(6.6±3.4)d,前房炎症反应、房闪消失时间(20.2±15.1)d。视力恢复≥0.05。术前与术后视力相比,差异有高度统计学意义(t=10.40,P<0.01)。结论限局性角膜浅板层清切是治疗真菌性角膜炎的有效方法。Objective To study the clinical therapy effect for fungal kearitis with the local shallow lamellar corneal exci- sion. Methods 53 eyes which were diagnosed as fungal keartitis were treated with the local shallow lamellar corneal exci- sion. Results In 53 patients 53 eyes, 48 eyes corneal epithelial were basic healed in 3 to 10 days after operation. It spent （6.6±3.1） days in average for repairing corneal epithelial, anterior chamber inflammation and artial flash disappeared time was（20.2 ±15.1） days, visual recovered ≥0.5. The pre-operative visual compared withpost-operative visual, it showed sig- nificant differences （t = 10.40,P〈 0.01）. Conclusion It is an effective method of the local shallow lamellar corneal excision treatment for fungal keratitis.
