开放教育网络教学资源存在问题及对策——以广东电大网络教学资源建设为例

摘　　要：教学资源的匮乏是制约当前开放教育发展的最大瓶颈。网络教学资源存在的主要问题有数量不足、资源陈旧、查找不便及质量不高,解决这些问题应从做好学校教学资源建设规划、促进资源管理规范高效及加强教师队伍建设三方面推进。The paper argues that the problems of E-learning resources in modern distance education include inadequate quantity, obsolete materials, inconvenient consulting and poor quality. Three approaches are discussed in the paper to make improvement, which are making a comprehensive program, managing in a standard and efficient way and assuring adequate persons qualified to teach.
