正颌外科技术治疗陈旧性颌骨骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价正颌外科技术在陈旧性颌骨骨折治疗中的应用。方法 15例在我院就诊的陈旧性颌面骨折患者采用X线头影测量、模型外科及定位咬板等正颌外科技术进行治疗。观察术前、术后患者面部畸形及功能障碍的变化。结果 15例患者创口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后咬关系和面部外形恢复良好。结论正颌外科技术是治疗陈旧性颌骨骨折较理想的方法。Objective To evaluate the application of orthognathic surgery in treating old jaw bone fractures.Methods We collected 15 cases of old jaw bone fractures from August 2008 to April 2011 in our hospital.According to the regular rules of orthognathic surgery,the 15 patients were taken cephalometric analysis and impression.Model surgery and splint were performed and evaluated before operation.The variation of dentomaxillofacial deformity and dysfunction were observed.Results All of the wound were primary healed.The dentomaxillofacial deformity,malocclusion and manducation disfunction were restored.Conclusion Orthognathic surgery is available treatment for the patients with old jaw bone fractures.
