摘　　要：目前,中小企业已经意识到对员工的培训是中小企业自身获得可持续发展的人力资源的重要保障。然而,许多中小企业在实施企业员工培训时却面临着人才流失风险、贬值风险、绩效风险、培训对象选择风险等,针对上述风险必须采取有效措施防范中小企业员工培训投资的风险。At present, SMEs have realized that their own staff training is an important guarantee for sustainable development of human resources. However, in the implementation of staff training, many small and medium enterprises face the risk of devaluation risk, performance risk, training objects selection risk etc. SMEs must take effective measures to prevent the risk of investment in staff training.
