摘　　要：吉首大学城乡资源与规划学院从院级教学督导制度与队伍建设、督导工作内容与方法等方面探索科学的学院教学督导模式,有效地实施教学质量监控。本文总结了该学院教学督导工作经验,以便更好地发挥院级教学督导对保障和提高高校教学质量的独特优势。Scientific collegiate teaching supervision model is explored from constructing system and team of collegiate teaching supervision,working contents and methods of supervision,etc.by College of Resources and Planning Sciences in Jishou University,so that teaching quality is monitored effectively.The paper concludes the working experience of collegiate teaching supervision,in order to better exert the unique superiority of collegiate teaching supervision to assure and improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities.
