摘 要:针对本科院校材料专业应用型创新人才培养的现状,首先从根源上找出应用型创新人才培养不足的原因,然后提出当今创新人才的培养目标是熟悉现代科学知识、管理知识,掌握各类应用能力的高级专业人员。材料类应用型创新人才的培养应尽快走出传统的培养学术型、研究型人才的学科系统化课程模式,立足于材料产业的飞速发展和人才市场的需求信息,结合学校、企业资源,构建适应于可持续发展的应用型创新人才培养的应用型、实践型课程体系。As for the current situation of training applied and innovative talents majoring in materials in the undergraduate colleges,the paper firstly finds out causes for the defects of training applied and innovative talents on root,and then puts forward that the training objectives of today's innovative talents is to train the senior professionals familiar with modern scientific knowledge and management expertise,as well as mastering a variety of applied abilities.According to the quick-development of materials industry and in response to the information of talent market,the cultivation for applied and innovative talents majoring in materials should break through the traditional curriculum model with systematic discipline of training academic-oriented and research-oriented talents as soon as possible.It is proposed that a new curriculum system with application and practice should be constructed to adapt to the sustainable development of training applied and innovative talents,which integrates with resources from school and business.
