摘　　要：我国商务英语教师是商务英语人才培养的主力军,其专业化水平和素质直接决定人才培养的质量,因此加强商务英语教师队伍建设及提高教师的专业水平极为重要。本文从教师专业发展的角度出发,探讨了如何通过教师专业发展尽快提高商务英语教师的专业化水平,并提出了专业发展策略,以期稳步提升商务英语人才培养的质量。Business English teachers are the main force of cultivating business English talents. Their professional level and quality will determine the effect of talent cultivation, so it is highly important to strengthen the quality of BE faculty and improve their professional level. From the perspective of teacher professional development, this paper firstly introduces the current status and problems of teaching staff construction, and then proposes some relevant BE teachers＇ professional development strategies.
