安徽省高职院校会展专业人才培养问题及策略

摘　　要：高职会展教育在人才培养模式、课程体系建设、师资及教材建设等方面仍存在诸多问题,直接导致了会展人才与市场需求不相匹配。通过分析安徽省高职会展人才培养的这几方面问题,立足高职会展教育长远发展,从市场需求出发,提出安徽省高职会展教育人才培养的应对策略。There are many problems in the training of exhibition professionals in higher vocational institute in the aspects of the training mode,system construction of courses,teachers and teaching materials.So it directly causes that the exhibition professionals can not meet the market demand.After analyzing these problems,the article has pointed out that the training should ensure the long-term development of education and start from the market needs,then it has proposed the respective strategy for the training of exhibition professionals in higher vocational institute in Anhui.
