摘　　要：目的 探讨PCNA和MMP-2在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达及与临床病理特征、肿瘤转移复发的相关性,为骨巨细胞瘤的生物学行为和预后判断提供依据.方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测42例标本中PCNA和MMP-2的表达变化.结果 ①随着肿瘤组织学分级增高,PCNA表达率在Ⅱ＋Ⅲ级较Ⅰ级增高；PCNA高表达者复发率和转移率较低表达者增高.②随着肿瘤组织学分级增高,MMP-2阳性率在Ⅱ＋Ⅲ级较Ⅰ级增高；复发组和转移组中MMP-2阳性率高于未复发转移组.结论 PCNA和MMP-2的表达变化与组织学分级有一定的相关性,PCNA和MMP-2的高表达与骨巨细胞瘤的转移复发密切相关.Objective To study the expression levels of PCNA and MMP-2 in giant cell tumor of bone and detect the relationship between their expression levels with clinical-pathological features,metastasis and recurrence state of the tumor and to intend to find possible prognostic indications of the aggressive behavior of the underlying pathology. Methods The technique of immunohistochemistry is used to test the expression of PCNA and MMP-2 in 42 patients with giant cell tumor of bone. Results ①The imnnmohistochemistry resuhs of PCNA ： high expression positive rate of PCNA in the cases of histological grade Ⅲ combined with Ⅱ were increased than those of histological grade I. The recurrence rate or metastasis rate of the cases with high expression positive rate of PCNA was increased than that of the cases with low expression positive rate of PCNA, the differences were significant statistically （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ②The immunohistoehemistry results of MMP-2 ： positive rate of MMP-2 in the cases of histological grade Ⅲ combined with Ⅱ were increased than those of histological grade l. Recurrent or metastasis cases had higher positive rates of MMP-2 than cases without recun＋ence or metastasis,lhe differences were significant statistically （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of PCNA and MMP-2 may be associated with the histological grade. High expression of PCNA and MMP-2 is closely related to Ihe recurrence and metastasis of giant cell tumor of bone.
