甲状腺乳头状癌中Prox1蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨Prox1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达情况及其临床意义.方法 通过免疫组化SP法检测53例甲状腺乳头状癌组织和颈部淋巴结中Prox1蛋白表达情况.结果 甲状腺乳头状癌组织中Prox1蛋白呈高表达,与癌旁正常组织相比,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；Prox1蛋白在颈部淋巴结中呈高表达,癌细胞转移组的表达率显著高于无癌细胞转移组,Prox1蛋白表达水平与甲状腺乳头状癌患者的临床分期及淋巴结转移有关（P＜0.05）；Prox1蛋白表达水平在甲状腺乳头状癌组织与转移淋巴结组织呈正相关（r=0.3207,P=0.0151）.结论 Prox1在甲状腺乳头状癌中呈高表达,促进了癌细胞向颈部淋巴转移.Objective To investigate the expression of Proxl in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its relationship with lymph nodes metastasis. Methods The expression of Proxl was detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 53 cases of papillary thyroid eareinoma tissue and cervical lymph node tissue. Results The positive rate of Proxl in primary tumor tissue was higher than that in adjacent normal tissue（P 〈 0.05） ;The expression of Proxl in metastasis lymph node tissue was higher than that in nonmetastasis lymph node tissue. The expression of Proxl in papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly related to clinical stage and cervical lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The overexpression of Proxl in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissue had significantly related to cervical lymph node metastasis. The expression of Proxl may play cooperation in lymphatic metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
