ARK5,MMP-14在胃癌中的表达及其对临床病理特征的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶5（ARK5）,基质金属蛋白酶14（MMP-14）在胃癌原发灶中的表达,探讨两者之间的相关性及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法 免疫组织化学方法检测ARK5,MMP-14在81例胃癌手术标本和20例正常胃组织中的表达,比较二者在两种组织中的表达差异.结果 ARK5,MMP-14在胃癌原发灶中的阳性表达率分别是74.07％,64.20％,均明显高于在正常胃组织中的表达（P＜0.05）.ARK5,MMP-14的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关（P均＜0.05）.ARK5的表达与MMP-14的表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）.结论 ARK5和MMP-14异常表达可能共同参与了胃癌的发生、发展过程,促进了胃癌的侵袭和转移,ARK5和MMP-14有望成为检测胃癌恶性程度的参考指标.Objective To study the expression of ARKS,MMP-14 in the primary lesions of gastric cancer and the influences on elinicopathologic features. Methods The expression of ARK5, MMP-14 in 66 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of normal tissue were detected by immunocytochemistry methods. Results The positive rate of ARK5, MMP-14 was 74.07% ,64.20% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the normal gastric tissues respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of ARK5, MMP-14 was correlated with depth of infiltration, lymph node metastasis, as well as the TNM stage of tumor（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Expression of ARK5 was also positively correlated with MMP-14 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The aberrant expression of ARKS, MMP-14 are likely to jointly participate in the process of genesis and development of gastric cancer and promote it invasion and metastasis, therefore the detection of ARK5 and MMP- 14 is expected to become reference index of malignance in gastric cancer.
