摘　　要：本文首先构建了房地产企业的供应链模型,然后在此基础上分析了房地产企业的主要成本构成,最后从供应链管理的角度对房地产企业的成本控制进行了研究。得出对于房地产企业来说,搞好成本控制是企业降本增效,正确体现经营成果的一项重要手段这样的结论。This paper first constructs the supply chain model of real estate business,and then on this basis analyzes the major cost components of real estate companies,and finally from the perspective of supply chain management,to study cost control of the real estate business.For real estate enterprises,to improve cost control is an important means of the corporate’s cost efficiency and correctly reflect the operating results.
