层粘连蛋白及其受体与子宫内膜癌关系的初探

摘　　要：了解层粘连蛋白 (laminin ,LN)和层粘连蛋白受体 (laminin -re ceptor ,LN -R)在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增殖症、子宫内膜癌中的分布规律 ,探讨内源性LN与LN -R表达间的关系。方法 :用LSAB免疫组化法 ,检测 16例正常子宫内膜、12例子宫内膜增殖症、2 7例子宫内膜癌组织中LN和LN -R的表达。结果 :LN在腺上皮基底膜 (EBM)、腺上皮细胞 /腺癌细胞 (EC)、间质细胞 (SC)中均有表达 ,LN -R仅在EC中有表达。 3组内膜组织间EBM表达构成比、EC及SC内LN表达率及EC内LN -R表达率比较差异均有显著性 (P均 <0 0 1)。 3种内膜LN -R与EC及SC内LN表达明显相关 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5)。LN、LN -R表达与子宫内膜病理分级、手术病理分期、绝经状态、雌激素受体有关。结论 :LN及LN -R表达与子宫内膜癌发生、预后有关 ;LN和LN -R的表达间存在内源性的相互调节关系。Objective:To investigate the expression of laminin(LN) and laminin-receptor(LN-R) on normal,hyperplastic and adenocarcinoma endometrium and study the relationship of endogenous LN and LN-R's expression Methods:LSAB immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of LN and LN-R on 17 normal,12 hyperplastic,27 adenocarcinoma endometrium cases Results:LN expressed on epithelial basement membrane(EBM),cytoplasm of epthelial/cancer cells(EC),stromal cell(SC) LN-R only expressed on EC Among normal,hyperplastic,adenocarcinoma endometrium,the expression of LN in EBM、EC、SC and the expression of LN-R in EC are statistially different(P<0 01) LN-R expression was closely related to LN expression in EC(χ 2=16 02,P<0 01),SC(χ 2=7 73,P<0 05);some of them closely related with endometrial carcinoma's pathological class and surgicopathologicl grade Conclusions:LN and LN-R expression are related to the genesis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma;The expression of LN and LN-R may be regulated each other
