晚期肺癌患者化疗前后血浆D-二聚体和血小板测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨晚期肺癌患者血浆D-二聚体和血小板水平与化疗疗效的关系。方法:测定晚期肺癌患者化疗前后血浆D-二聚体(免疫比浊法)和血小板的水平。结果:晚期肺癌患者化疗有效组血浆D-二聚体和血小板水平明显低于化疗前。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗进展组血浆D-二聚体和血小板水平明显高于化疗前。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆D-二聚体和血小板水平可作为判断晚期肺癌患者预后及疗效评价的有效指标。Objective：To explore the relationship between plasma D-dimer and platelet the effect of after chemotherapy of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods：The plasma D-dimer（with immunoturbidimetry） and platelet was assayed in patients of before and after chemotherapy with advanced lung cancer.Results：After cbemotherapy.the level of D-dimer and platelet in patients with CR and PR was markedly reduced（P0.05）;but increased in PD cases（P0.05）.Conclusion：The level of plasma D-dimer and platelet can used in predicting the effect of chemotherapy of advanced lung cancer.
