低分子肝素钙结合舒血宁治疗椎-基底动脉缺血引起眩晕的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨低分子肝素钙结合舒血宁治疗椎-基底动脉缺血引起眩晕的临床效果。方法:椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者80例根据入院顺序平分为两组:治疗组与对照组各40例,在基础治疗基础上,对照组注射低分子肝素钙治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用舒血宁注射液注射治疗。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组的有效率为85.0%,对照组的有效率为55.0%,治疗组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前左右推动脉、基底动脉血液平均流速间无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上述治疗都有明显上升(P<0.05),但是治疗组的上升幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前治疗组与对照组全血还原黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数间无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组上述指标都有显著下降(P<0.05),但是治疗组的下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素钙结合舒血宁治疗椎-基底动脉缺血引起眩晕临床效果好同时可以有效改善椎-基底动脉血流速度,纠正血液流变学指标,值得推广应用。Objective：To explore clinical effect of therapy of combining low molecular calcium heparin and shuxuening in dizziness from basilar artery ischemia.Methods：Eighty patients with dizziness from basilar artery ischemia were divided into 2 Groups：Treatment Group and Control Group（each 40 cases）.On the basis of initial therapy,Control Group was injected with low molecular calcium heparin： on the other hand,Treatment Group was injected with Shuxuening on the basis of therapy for Control Group.Results：Throughout treatment,Treatment Group showed effective rate of 85.0%and Control Group of 55.0%.Overall clinical rate of Treatment Group was significantly higher than Control Group with significant difference（P0.05）.Both groups showed no significant difference in left and right vertebral artery and basilar artery mean blood flow velocity before treatment（P0.05）;Trcatment Group increased more highly than Control Group in spite of improvements in the 2 groups after treatment（P0.05）.Both groups showed no significant difference in whole blood reduced viscosity,hematokrit and erythrocyte aggregation index before treatment（P0.05）;Treatment Group showed a remarkaWe higlier increase than Control Group in spite of improvements in the 2 groups after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：It is quite effective clinically to combining low molecular calcium heparin and shuxuening in treating dizziness from basilar artery ischemia;meanwhile.it effectively improves basilar artery blood flow velocity and corrects hemorheological index.As a result,its application is worth promoting.
