B超对颌面部非金属异物的探查定位和引导手术作用

摘　　要：目的　采用B超对颌面部非金属异物进行诊断定位并引导手术摘取异物。方法　采用SPECTRAPLUS和EUB2 0 0型超声诊断仪 ,对 5 1例病人的颌面 9个解剖区 ,6种非金属异物进行探查定位。采用直接探查法 ,借助B超对 2 4例病人 ,5种异物进行手术引导 ,摘取颌面部非金属异物。结果　B超适用于颌面部非金属异物的诊断定位 ,同时B超引导手术具有简便可行等优点。结论　B超可以完成对颌面部非金属异物的探查定位 ,并能引导颌面异物摘除手术。然而在实际应用中存在一些问题需要解决。Purpose B mode scanning was applied to detection and location of nonmetal foreign bodies in maxillofacial region,and to operative removal of foreign bodies under ultrasound guidance. Methods Ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus,models of SPECTRAPLUS and EUB200,was employed to detect and locate 6 kinds of non metal foreign bodies in 9 sites of maxillofacial anatomic region of 51 patients.Meanwhile,the operation of removal of 5 kinds of non metal foreign bodies in 24 cases was taken under ultrasonographic guidance. Results Non metal foreign bodies in maxillofacial region were demonstrated by ultrasonography in satisfied results.As operative guicdance tool,ultasound can be applied in simple,safe and effective in the removal of non metal foreign bodies. Conclusion B mode scanning can be used effectively to reveal non mental foreign bodies in maxillofacial region,and to guide operation to take off foreign bodies. [
