摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术治疗直肠癌的临床应用及疗效。方法：回顾分析2009.06~2010.06期间我科12例直肠癌行腹腔镜直肠全系膜切除术患者的临床资料。结果：12例均在腹腔镜辅助下完成全直肠系膜切除术＋淋巴结清扫术,手术时间2.5~3h,平均2.7h,术中平均出血150m1。术后均无严重并发症发生。结论：腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术具有较高的实用价值,在严格掌握手术适应证、不断提高手术技巧的基础上,腹腔镜辅助下全直肠系膜切除术治疗直肠癌是可行的。Objective：Laparoscopic total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer clinical applications and efficacy.Method： Retrospective analysis 2009.06 ~ 2010.06 I families and 12 patients with rectal cancer during laparoscopic total mesorectal excision in patients with clinical data.Results： 12 cases were completed in the laparoscopic-assisted total mesorectal excision ＋ lymph node dissection,operative time 2.5~3h,an average of 2.7h,mean blood 150m1.There were no serious postoperative complications.Conclusion： Laparoscopic total mesorectal excision has a high practical value,in the strict operative to continuously improve the basis of surgical technique,laparoscopic-assisted total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer is feasible.
