摘　　要：大学生创新性实验计划(下文简称"计划")以发挥学生的主体性为起点,以学生的主体性得到更高层次的发展为终点。在计划实施过程中,学校和教师应注意培养学生的主体意识,引导学生在正确处理主体性与创造性、成功与失败、个人与团队以及学生与指导教师的关系中更好地发展其主体性。Students innovative pilot scheme（hereinafter referred to as the ＂ scheme＂） is a starting point of students to play subjectivity,subjectivity of the students receive a higher level of development as the end point.In the process of implementation scheme,schools and teachers should pay attention to culture the subjective sense of students and guide the students in correctly handling of subjectivity and creativity,success and failure,individual and team,and the relationship between students and teachers to better develop theirs subjectivity.
