摘　　要：基于航运业特点和对高素质航运人才培养的需要,全面推进航海院校学生军事素质培养是摆在每一个航海教育工作者面前迫切而艰巨的任务。笔者就如何加强航海院校学生军事素质实训环节的培养提出自己的看法和见解。Based on features and high-quality maritime shipping industry personnel training needs,and comprehensively promote the quality of Nautical Student military training is placed in front of every maritime educators urgent and arduous task.The author on how to strengthen the quality of maritime training college students military training areas to present their views and insights.
