高校毕业生文明离校工作中的情感关怀策略

摘　　要：毕业生在离校时容易出现愤怒、焦虑等情绪,从而影响文明离校工作的顺利开展,加强对毕业生的情感关怀可以有效地应对这一问题。文明离校工作中的情感关怀策略主要有以优化毕业程序、创新毕业教育内容和营造惜别氛围为主的短期情感疏导措施;以优化现有就业指导体系和心理健康教育体系为主的长期情商教育措施。It is easy to feel angry and anxious when the graduates leave the college,which can influence the work of graduates leaving college.Enhancing the emotional care for graduates is useful to resolve this problem.The strategies of emotional care are below： firstly,the short-term measures which mainly is emotional adjustment includes optimizing the graduate produce,innovating the content of graduate education,constructing the atmosphere of reluctant parting;secondly,the long-term measures which is EQ education mainly includes optimizing career guidance and mental health education systems.
