摘 要:目的了解和掌握咽康片中主要原料对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的体外抑菌情况。方法采用混溶抑菌法观察咽康片主要原料混合物和原料金银花等对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的抑制效果;用分光光度法测定金银花对两种菌的最低抑菌浓度。结果咽康片混合物及其原料金银花、薄荷脑对肺炎克雷伯菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有一定的抑制作用,抑菌效果薄荷脑最强,金银花次之;金银花对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为7.2%与5.4%。结论咽康片混合物及其主要原料均有不同程度的体外抑菌作用。Objective To understand and grasp the bacteriostasis situations of Yankang tablet and its main raw material for staphylococcus aureus pneumonia and Cray Borrelia bacteria in vitro. Methods To observe effect of Yankang tablet and its raw materials honeysuckle against staphylococcus aureus and pneumonia Cray using immiscible bacteriostasis method,and to test the minimal concentration of honeysuckle against two kinds of bacteria with spectrophotometric method. Results The Yankang tablet and its raw materials honeysuckle,menthol have certain inhibitory action on pneumonia Cray Borrelia bacteria and staphylococcus aureus,menthol was strongest,honeysuckle was second;the minimal concentration of honeysuckle against staphylococcus aureus pneumonia and Cray Borrelia bacteria respectively were 7.2% an..t 5.4%. Conclusion The Yankang tablet and its main raw materials have different degrees of antibacterial activity in vitro.
