摘　　要：校外实训基地是促进高职教育发展，培养高端技能型专门人才的关键，文章结合重庆房地产职业学院建筑装饰工程技术专业的实践教学体会，提出了产学研结合、校企结合、长期稳定的校外动态实训基地建设思路。Offcampus training base is to promote the development of higher vocational education, cultivating high skilled talents key, combined with the Chongqing real estate Career Academy building decoration engineering practical teaching experience, puts forward the combination, school - enterprise cooperation, long - term stable external dynamic training base construction train of thought.
