见识美国教育

摘　　要：国际交流已成为外语教师了解国外教育发展动态，学习先进外语教学理念与方法的进修方式之一，本文通过在美国学习的所见所闻，着重探讨美国教育管理体制、学制结构、课程设置、考试制度、教学理念与方式等教育方面内容，从而引发我国教育者对两国教育现象的思考。International communication has become one of the advanced studying ways for： foreign language teachers to keep track of the lasted developments in overseas education and to learn the advanced philosophy and methods of language teaching. Based on what the author has seen and heard in the studying in America, this paper focuses on the research and discussion of American education system, education administration, school curriculum, examination System and teaching philosophy and methods, thus to initiate Chinese oducators＇ reflection on the education phenomena in these two countries.
