惠州地区育龄妇女乳腺癌危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的对惠州地区患乳腺癌患者进行普查,分析其危险因素。方法对146例经临床病理确诊为乳腺癌患者回顾性分析,对其年龄、职业、婚育、哺乳情况等资料进行统计学分析。结果年龄30～50岁、专业人员、无职业人员,未生育哺乳、育龄妇女是乳腺癌的高发人群。结论对乳腺癌高危人群进行乳腺普查,有利于乳腺癌的预防和早发现、早诊断、早治疗。Objective To analyze risk factors of breast cancer by breast screening for patients with breast cancer around region of Huizhou city. Methods All of 146 cases of clinical patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed for their age, occupation, marital education, nursing and other data. Results Professionals, unemployed persons at age of 30-50 years old, not birth and the breast-feeding women at childbearing age had a high risk of breast cancer. Conclusion It is a good method of prevention, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment by breast cancer screening for breast cancer.
