持续质量改进在提高神经内科护士应急能力中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨持续质量改进提高神经内科护士的应急能力。方法将持续质量改进方法应用于护士应急能力培训中,根据神经内科护士应急能力现状,制定计划,通过制定应急能力资料库、组织学习、阶段评价改进等方法实施。结果经过1年的持续质量改进,神经内科护士在应急能力的理论知识、操作技能、整体配合能力等方面均有提高,<10年低年资护士理论知识、整体配合能力明显提高,改进前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同层次护士操作技能与改进前比较均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者或其家属对<10年低年资护士的急救工作满意度明显提高,改进前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论持续质量改进对提高神经内科护士的应急能力效果显著。Objective To improve nurses＇ abilities of handling emergencies in neurological department.Methods We introduced the methods of continuons quality improvement into the nurses＇ training of handling emergencies.We also made plans according to the current situation,and enforced these plans by creating data bank of nurses＇ abilities in managing emergencies,organizing collaborative learning,evaluating and reforming regularly,and so on.Results The nurses＇ abilities of handling emergencies in neurological department,such as knowledge,skills,cooperative abilities,became better after carrying out continuons quality improvement for one year.The knowledge and cooperative abilities of young nurses,who had worked less than ten years,were improved significantly（P〈0.01）.The operating skills of all nurses were impoved significantly（P〈0.01）.The patients and family members were more satisfied with the emergency work provided by young nurses,who had worked less than ten years,when compared with before,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The effects of continuons quality improvement on nurses＇ abilities of handling emergencies in neurological department were significant.
