摘　　要："十一五"末,受世界金融危机的影响,我国的输变电工程造价水平波动较大。根据输变电工程建设特点,采用总体情况统计和典型技术方案剖析的方法,对总体造价及费用构成等指标进行深入分析,找出影响造价水平的因素和造价变化的内在规律,为电力企业投资决策和工程建设管理提供参考。Influenced by the world financial crisis, the costs of power transmission and transformation projects fluctuated significantly in China in the end of the ＂11~ Five-Year Plan＂ period （2006-2010）. Based on the characteristics of transmission and transformation projects, and by using overall statistics and typical technical scheme analysis, this paper makes a deep analysis of the overall cost and cost constitution in order to find out the factors influencing the cost level and their variation trends, which will provide a reference for investment decision-making and construction management for the power companies.
