摘　　要：本文通过对我国房地产形势下深圳房地产市场供求情况进行分析,对深圳房地产行业趋势进行了预测,对深圳房地产行业的发展有一定的指导意义。This paper analyzes the real estate market supply and demand situation of Shenzhen in China＇s real estate situation,predicts the trend of real estate industry of Shenzhen.It is useful to the development of real estate industry of Shenzhen.
