摘　　要：发展社区教育是建立学习型社会,加强社会建设的必然举措,确立适当的社区教育发展模式则是顺利开展社区教育的重要保障。本文在广泛调研基础上,对陕西省社区教育发展状况进行了阐析,指出若干障碍性因素。立足陕西省情,应确立与之适应的社区教育发展模式,在组织架构、管理模式、办学形式、保障机制等方面进行创新性变革。The development of community education is the inevitable measures to build a learning-oriented society,and strengthen the social construction.Determining the proper community education development mode is the important guarantee to smoothly develop community education.Based on widely research,the paper describes the current situation of community education development in Shaanxi province,and points out the constraint.According to the situation of Shaanxi,we should determine the proper community education development mode,and make innovative reform in organization structure,management mode;school running mode,and safeguard mechanism.
