非小细胞肺癌外周血中CK19mRNA与LUNXmRNA检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血细胞角蛋白19(CK19)及肺特异性蛋白X(LUNX)的表达,探讨其对检测NSCLC微转移的可行性。方法:应用RT-PCR技术检测30例NSCLC患者及15例健康人外周血CK19mRNA及LUNXmRNA的表达。结果:NSCLC患者外周血中CK19mRNA及LUNXmRNA的阳性表达率分别为30%及13.3%,而对照组外周血中均无表达,外周血CK19mRNA及LUNXmRNA的表达与临床分期密切相关,与病理类型无关。结论:CK19及LUNX均可作为检测NSCLC患者外周血微转移较为敏感的分子标志物,联合检测有助于提高检测结果的阳性率。Objective：To detect the expression of CK19mRNA and LUNXmRNA in peripheral of non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） patients and discuss the possibility of indicating NSCLC micrometastases.Methods：The expression of CK19 and LUNX were analyzed by RT-PCR in 48 patients,15 healthy volunteers.Results：The positive expression rate of CK19mRNA and LUNXmRNA was 30% and 13.3% in NSCLC group respectively.None was detected in control group.The positive expression rate of CK19mRNA and LUNXmRNA in NSCLC group were both statistically higher than those in the healthy group.There was no relationship between pathological type and tumor cell differentiating degrees in NSCLC patients.Conclusion：CK19mRNA and LUNXmRNA in peripheral blood might be a suitable molecular marker for the diagnosis of micrometastaeis in NSCLC.
