立体定向射频热凝术治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨CT导向、立体定向射频热凝术治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤的临床应用价值。方法:CT薄层扫描对肿瘤进行定位,10mm钻头同侧额部钻孔,肿瘤中心部位快速活检病理证实为胶质瘤,置入射频针进行多靶点射频热凝治疗。结果:12例丘脑基底节区Ⅱ～Ⅲ级胶质瘤患者接受治疗,术后症状明显好转,肿瘤缩小。结论:立体定向射频热凝术治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤疗效理想,有创伤小、并发症少、安全可靠等优点。Objective：Initially to explore the clinical value of stereotactic radiofrequency therapy for deeply located cerebral malignant tumors.Methods：Localization of tumors with thinning CT scanning,10mm lengthy intracranial-lesions-infiltrating into tumor side lobe,rapidly pathological diagnosing of gliomas with stereotactic biopsy in tumor centre and inserting the radiofrequency needle were performed prior to multiple-target stereotactic surgery.Results：12 cases of glioma（grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ） at the basal ganglion area underwent this treatment.The tumors shrank and the symptoms improved markedly after radiofrequency.Conclusion：Stereotactic radiofrequency therapy for deeply located cerebral malignant tumors is clinically more valuable,effective,safe and reliable with very mild trauma and few complications.
