早期巨块型宫颈癌新辅助动脉介入化疗30例近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨新辅助动脉介入化疗治疗早期巨块型宫颈癌的近期疗效。方法:30例Ib2-IIa期巨块型(≥4cm)宫颈癌患者(Ib2期19例,IIa期11例)接受了动脉插管介入化疗,化疗方案为顺铂+长春新碱+博来霉素。结果:30例患者每位接受2个疗程的动脉介入化疗,27例患者达部分缓解,有效率为90.00%(27/30),3例无效。化疗后30例患者均行了子宫广泛切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术,术后病理评估有效率达93.33%(28/30)。结论:应用动脉介入化疗治疗早期巨块型宫颈癌,能有效缩小肿瘤体积,为根治性手术创造了条件。Objective ：To observe the short-term effect of neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy on bulky cervical carcinoma.Methods ：The neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy were performed in 30 bulky cervical carcinoma patients with early stage（19 cases in Ib2,11 cases in IIa）.Cervical carcinoma patients were treated with cisplatin,vincristine,and bleomytin.Results： Treated with two cycle neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy,27 patients got complete remission and 3 cases were no change.The total neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy response rate was 90.00%（27/30）;After radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy,the pathological evaluation showed the effect rate was 93.33%（28/30）.Conclusion ：The neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy for bulky cervical carcinoma with early stage could reduce the tumor size,and create condition for radical operation.
