摘　　要：对集团型企业财务系统信息化实施的特点及难点,以及对财务管理的需求进行了详细的分析,针对集团型企业三种运营管控模式——财务管控型、战略管控型、运营管控型,提出了财务产品应用组件建模的策略,并分析了该财务产品建模的特点。This dissertation analyzed the features,difficulties and financial requirements of group enterprises.According to the management and control modes of group enterprises（strategy,operation,finance）,offered the strategy of financial products application component modeling and analyzed their characteristics.
