摘　　要：目的探讨客观结构化临床考试在手术室专科护士培训效果评价中应用的效果。方法对30名参与基地培训的手术室专科护士进行客观结构化临床考试模式考核,按照手术室工作流程设为"4站式",每站时间为10 min,并调查手术室专科护士对该考核模式的评价。结果手术室专科护士考试总均分为(8.50±0.53)分,处于良好水平;手术室专科护士认可并接受客观结构化临床考试模式。结论客观结构化临床考试能客观、公正、全面评价手术室专科护士的综合能力,可进一步完善并推广应用。Objective To explore the feasibility and effects of objective structured clinical examination（OSCE） in the evaluation of specialist nurses＇training in operating room. Methods A total of 30 nurses who participated in the practice training were enrolled, and OSCE was taken in 4 stations and 10 minutes for each station based on the work protocol in operating room. And the evaluation of the involved nurses to OSCE mode was investigated. Results The score of specialist nurses was （ 8. 50 ±0, 53 ） , which was in a good level. The OSCE mode was recognized and accepted by specialist nurses in operating room. Conclusion The OSCE mode can provide objective, fair and comprehensive evaluation to the comprehensive ability of specialist nurses＇ training in operating room, and it can be further improved and applied widely.
