耳鼻咽喉科“一日病房”工作模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨耳鼻咽喉科"一日病房"工作模式下的护理效果。方法选取2000年1月1日至2010年12月31日耳鼻咽喉科行"一日手术"的患者614例为实验组,实施"一日病房"护理管理。选取同期住院手术的患者1 046例作为对照组,实施常规手术及护理。结果两组患者均顺利康复出院,无任何并发症,实验组住院天数及住院费用均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 "一日病房"工作模式可以作为耳鼻咽喉科的一种重要疾病治疗模式,相应的护理策略可以保证医疗过程的顺利完成,降低患者的医疗费用。Objective To explore the effects of the ＂one - day ward ＂ work pattern in the department of otolaryngology. Methods A total of 614 patients were recruited as the observation group receiving management of ＂one - day ward＂ work pattern from January 2000 to December 2010. A total of 1 046 patients who were hospitalized for operation were recruited as the control group receiving routine operation and nursing. Results The patients in the two groups both were curable and had no complication. The length of hospital stay in the observation was shorter than the control group, and the medical costs of the observation group were significantly less than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂ One - day ward＂ work pattern can be an important disease treatment mode in the department of otolaryngology. The corresponding nursing strategies can guarantee the completion of medical process smoothly and reduce the medical cost of the patients.
