衢州中心医院2001-2010年恶性肿瘤3658病例的统计分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨浙西地区恶性肿瘤谱及其变化特征,为预防和控制提供依据。[方法]回顾和总结衢州中心医院2001年1月至2010年12月恶性肿瘤检出情况、发病排序、高发年龄等情况,并进行统计、总结、分析。[结果]本院2001年1月至2010年12月恶性肿瘤患者共3658例,肿瘤发病排序前5位依次为胃癌、大肠癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、宫颈癌;45岁以上是高发年龄。[结论]本地区恶性肿瘤发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已成为严重危害居民生命和健康的常见病和多发病,主要癌种为胃癌、大肠癌、乳腺癌等。[Objective] To explore the popularity and changes features of malignant tumor in west of Zhejiang,offering foundation for prevention and control.[Method] Trace back and sum up malignant tumor detection,attack order and risk age of the hospital from 2001 to 2010,and make analysis and statistics.[Result] In total 3658 cases,the first 5 tumors morbidity in order are： gastric cancer,large intestine cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer and cervical cancer;over 45 years is the risk age.[Conclusion] In the area,the malignant tumor is in rising trend every year,and has become the common disease and frequently-occurring disease severely harming people life and health,mainly gastric cancer,large intestine cancer,and breast cancer,etc.
