茵陈蒿汤加减治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎120例疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨茵陈蒿汤加减中药煎汁治病毒性肝炎黄疸型疗效。[方法]选取我院2008年6月至2011年6月感染科住院的肝炎患者210例,分成对照组90例,治疗组120例;对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上取茵陈蒿汤加减中药治疗,1剂/d,10d为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较两组黄疸消退和肝功能改善情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组72.22%(P<0.05);ALT、AST等肝功能指标改善也优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]茵陈蒿汤治疗急慢性病毒性肝疗效值得肯定。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Tarragon Decoction on virus hepatitis. [Method] Choose 210 cases, divide them into control group （n=90） and treatment group （n=120）; the control one takes western medicine, treatment group added with revised Tarragon Decoction, after 2 courses compare both jaundice disappearance and hver function improvement. [Result] On jaundice, the disappearance time was shorter in treatment group than other one, the total effective rate was 92.50%, much higher than control one, as well as the liver functions of ALT and AST, with difference of statistical meaning. [Conclusion] It has definite curative effect to treat acute and chronic virus hepatitis with Tarragon Decoction.
