摘  要:目的:利用超临界萃取和GC-MS方法分析露兜簕的挥发油等小分子化合物。方法:采用超临界萃取技术进行提取,然后对萃取物进行GC-MS分析。结果:露兜簕超临界萃取物分离和鉴定的主要成分有asarone(26.7%),longipinocarvone(15.2%)和2-methyl-6-(4-methylphenyl)hept-2-en-4-one(14.8%)等10个化合物。结论:露兜簕超临界CO2萃取物含有较丰富的挥发性成分,为露兜簕药效物质基础提供了参考数据。Objective: To analyze the constituents of volatile oil from the roots of Pandanus tectorius Soland. Methods: Supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction( SFE-CO2 ) was performed to separate volatile oil of roots of P. tectorius. Analysis of the oil compounds was carried out by GC-MS technique. Results: The ten main components of volatile constituents are asarone ( 26.7 % ), longipinocarvone ( 15.2 % ) and 2-methyl-6- (4-methylphenyl) hept-2-en-4- one (14. 8% ) etc. Conclusion: The main compound of volatile oil from the roots of P. tectorius Soland is asarone. The results provide the chemical basis of this plant's pharmacological effect.
