摘 要:目的建立保健食品中紫丁香甙的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法样品经前处理后,过膜进样,利用高效液相色谱柱对不同的物质在流动相中的保留时间不同,以此作为定性依据,计算其含量。结果在1.5~50.0μg/ml浓度范围内相关系数为0.999 3,回收率92.5%~103.4%,RSD 5.21%~7.78%,最低检出量0.001 mg/100 g。结论本方法灵敏度高,检出限低,分离效果好,适用于保健食品中紫丁香甙的检测。Objective To establish high performance liquid chromatographic detection methods for detection of syringin in health foods.Methods Samples were selected by membrane after extraction.The difference in time of different samples preformed by high performance liquid chromatographic detection methods was regarded as a qualitative basis.Results The related coefficient in concentration was 1.5-50.0 μg/ml,r was 0.999 3.The recovery rate was 92.5%-103.4%,RSD was 5.21%-7.78%.The detection limit was 0.001 mg/100 g.Conclusion This method shows a high sensitivity,low detection limit and good separating effect.It can be used in detection of syringin in health foods.
