摘　　要：高校二级党校作为高校基层党组织的重要组成部分,在发展、培训和教育大学生党员方面发挥着重要的作用,它是党直接联系大学生的重要堡垒,是高校建设学习型党组织、党建带团建、青马工程、学习贯彻十七届六中全会的需要。但是高校二级党校在规范化建设过程中仍存在着一些问题,因此,加强高校二级党校规范化建设势在必行,且任重而道远。Secondary College as an important part of the college grass-roots party organizations,play an important role in terms of development,training and education of college students party members,it is important bastion of the party＇s direct contact students,college building of a learning party,party building tourthe construction of the Tsing Ma engineering,study and implement the needs of the seventh session of the Sixth Plenary Session.Secondary College in the standardization process of building,there are still some problems,therefore,strengthen the construction of two universities Party standardized imperative,and has a long way to go.
