摘　　要：谈心是辅导员在解决学生心理实际问题的有效的方式。各高校尝试要求辅导员将每次的谈心过程记录在案。本文以厦门大学为辅导员谈心工作实施效果调查为基础,阐述了当前高校辅导员谈心工作存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。The talk is an effective way for counsellors to solve students＇ practical mental problems.Colleges and universities attempted to ask the counselor to write down each talk process record.This paper based on the effect of the implementation talk work in Xiamen University＇s counselors,talk about the problems of the current college counselors in talk work,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
