摘　　要：班级是大学的基本组织形式,但随着高校扩招,班级人数激增,配备的学生专职管理人员与学生比例偏低等原因导致加大了班级管理难度。本文分析新形势下高校班级管理工作的状况以及存在的一些普遍问题,提出创新班级管理模式的几点思考。Class is the basic organization form of university,but with the expansion of higher education,the increase in the number of students in class,equipped with full-time management staff and students＇ low ratio of causes increased the difficulty of class management.This paper analyzes the new situation university class management situation and the existing problems,put forward the innovation of class management mode of thinking.
