高校免监考制度对学风建设的促进效果探究

摘　　要：免监考是指考场不安排老师监考,由学生自我约束、相互监督完成的考试。为树立优良学风,加强教风和考风建设,中国石油大学(北京)于2011年1月开始在本科生中试行免监考制度,面向个人和班级,自愿申请,经有关部门审批合格后获得免监考资格。实践表明,免监考制度有利于在学生中树立良好学风,有利于倡导诚信教育。Free examiner system means there is no teacher proctored,by the students＇ self-restraint,mutual supervision and complete the examination.To establish a good style of study,teaching style and examination management,China University of Petroleum（Beijing） began in January 2011,piloted in undergraduate examiner-free system for individuals and class voluntarily applied by the relevant departments for approval after passing No invigilator qualifications.The practice shows that the free examiner system helps students establish good study style,is conducive to promoting integrity education.
