摘  要:目的 观察雌二醇对雌性大鼠血清与肝组织丙氨酸转氨酶 (AL T)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)、碱性磷酸酶 (AL P)和谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT)活性的影响。方法 血清 E2 含量用放射免疫分析检测 ,肝组织与血清AST、AL T、AL P和 GGT活性采用酶速率法检测。结果 大鼠摘除卵巢与注射雌二醇 (E2 )后 ,随着血清 E2 水平的降低或升高 ,血清与肝组织的 AST、AL T及 AL P活性也发生相应的变化。结论  E2 可促进肝组织合成 AL T、AST及 AL P。Objective To observe the relationship between the level of estradiol (E 2) in serum and activities of alamine transaminase (ALT),aspartate transaminase (AST),alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and γ glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT) in serum and liver tissue.Methods The contents of E 2 in serum were measured by RIA,the activities of ALT,AST,ALP and GGT in homogenate supernate of liver tissue were measured by ratio method.Results The tendency of changes of serum E 2 and the activities of ALT,AST,ALP and GGT in serum and in liver tissue were identical.In ovariectomized rats the contents of serum E 2 and the activities of ALT,AST and ALP in serum and in liver tissue were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusions The results indicate that the E 2 can increase the activities of ALT,AST and ALP in serum and in liver tissue,but have no effect on the activity of GGT either in serum or in liver tissue.
