摘　　要：目的　探讨黏附因子ＣＤ４４ｓ和ＣＤ４４ｖ６的表达与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法　应用流式细胞术对５８例胃癌及４０例胃良性病变的新鲜标本检测ＣＤ４４ｓ和ＣＤ４４ｖ６，并应用免疫组化测定ＰＣＮＡＬ１。结果　胃癌组ＣＤ４４ｓ的阳性率（６２．１％，３６／５８）明显高于良性病变组（２７．５％，１１／４０，Ｐ＜０．０１），且与ＰＣＮＡＬＩ（Ｐ＜０．０５）有关。胃癌组ＣＤ４４ｖ６的阳性率（５８．６％，３４／５８）高于良性病变组（３２．５％，１３／４０，Ｐ＜０．０５），且与肿瘤部位（Ｐ＜０．０５）、淋巴结转移（Ｐ＜０．０５）及ＰＣＮＡＬＩ（Ｐ＜０．０５）有关。ＣＤ４４ｓ与ＣＤ４４ｖ６表达在胃良性病变组（Ｒｓ＝０．５９，Ｐ＜０．０１）及胃癌组中（Ｒｓ＝０．２９，Ｐ＜０．０５）存在相关性。结论　ＣＤ４４ｓ和ＣＤ４４ｖ６之间存在相关性并在胃癌中表达增强并和增殖活性有关，ＣＤ４４ｖ６与肿瘤部位及淋巴结转移有关。Purpose To explore the effect of adhesion molecule CD44s and CD44v6 expressions in gastric carcinoma. Methods In 58 human gastric carcinoma and 40 benign gastric mucosa disease,the expressions of CD44s and CD44v6 in were examined by flow cytometry and PCNA LI was determined by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression of CD44s was significantly higher in gastric carcinoma (62.1%,36/58) than that in benign gastric mucosa disease (27.5%,11/40, P <0.01) and was associated with PCNA LI ( P <0.05).The expression of CD44v6 was significantly higher in gastric carcinoma (58.6%,34/58) than that in benign gastric mucosa disease (32.5%,13/40, P <0.05) and was related to tumor localization ( P < 0.05 ) lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05) and PCNA LI ( P <0.05).A good correlation was observed between the expressions of CD44s and CD44v6 in benign gastric mucosa disease ( R s=0.59,P<0.01) and in gastric carcinoma (R s=0.29,P<0.05) . Conclusions In gastric carcinoma,CD44s and CD44v6 are overexpressed and correlated with cell proliferative activity,and CD44v6 is also related to tumor localization and lymph node metastasis.A good correlation exists between the expressions of CD44s and CD44v6
