摘　　要：采用文献资料、理论分析等方法,从家庭体育是学校体育的基础、补充和延续,是全民健身的突破口、新生点和主阵营,是发现、培养和输送竞技体育人才的摇篮等环节,阐明了家庭体育是我国学校体育、社会体育和竞技体育的结合点,是我国体育事业科学发展的落脚点,旨在强调发展家庭体育对推进我国体育事业全面发展意义重大。Family sports are the basis,Supplement and continuance of school sports,the breakthrough,Palingenesis and main camp of nationwide fitness campaign,the cradle of finding,educating and supplying athletics.By means of literature review and theory analysis,this paper clarifies that family sports are the binding site of school sports,Social sports and competitive sports,the foothold of the national sports scientific development.It aims to emphasize that spreading family sports does much good to advancing national sports global development.
