摘　　要：目的:检测BMP-2及其受体BMPRⅠA、BMPRⅠB和BMPRⅡ在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达并分析其对卵巢癌患者预后的影响。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测BMP-2及其受体BMPRⅠA、BMPRⅠB和BMPRⅡ在100例上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达水平并通过病例随访分析其对卵巢癌患者术后5年存活率和生存时间的影响。结果:①BMP-2及其受体BMPRⅠA、BM-PRⅠB、BMPRⅡ的蛋白阳性染色主要集中在卵巢癌细胞胞浆中。②BMP-2、BMPRⅠB、BMPRⅡ阳性表达的上皮性卵巢癌患者术后5年存活率明显高于阴性表达者,且其术后平均存活时间明显长于阴性表达者。而BMPRⅠA与卵巢癌患者的术后5年存活率和平均生存时间无关。结论:BMP-2、BMPRⅠB和BMPRⅡ在上皮性卵巢癌组织中表达减弱或缺失可能预示着卵巢癌患者预后较差。Objective：To detect the expressions of bone morphogenetic protein-2（BMP-2） and its receptors-BMPRⅠA,BMPRⅠB,and BMPRⅡ in epithelial ovarian cancer,analyze their impacts on prognosis of the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods：Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of BMP-2 and its receptors（BMPRⅠA,BMPRⅠB,and BMPRⅡ） in 100 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer,and their impacts on postoperative five-year survival rate and survival time of the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were analyzed by follow-up. Results：BMP-2 and its receptors（BMPRⅠA,BMPRⅠB,and BMPRⅡ） positively expressed in the cytoplasm of epithelial ovarian cancer cells.The postoperative five-year survival rate of the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and positive expressions of BMP-2,BMPRⅠB,and BMPRⅡ was significantly higher than that of the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and negative expressions of BMP-2,BMPRⅠB,and BMPRⅡ,and the mean survival time after operation among the former was significantly longer than that among the latter.There was no correlation between BMPRⅠA and postoperative five-year survival rate,survival time of the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Conclusion：The decreases or losses of BMP-2,BMPRⅠB,and BMPRⅡ expressions in epithelial ovarian cancer may indicate poor prognosis of the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.
