摘　　要：报告1例皮肤恶性颗粒细胞瘤。患者男,55岁。背部出现无痛性硬结节1年余,渐增大。经皮损组织病理学检查及免疫病理证实为皮肤恶性颗粒细胞瘤。系统检查未见异常,患者行手术切除治疗,目前仍在随访中。A case of malignant granular cell tumor on the back is reported. A 55-year-old women, farmer, complained of a hard nodule on the back for about 1 year. The diagnosis of malignant granular cell tumor was confirmed by skin biopsy and immunohistochemisty. The patient had a good condition after surgery and still under following up.
